 HamondsportKeuka Lake – Shaped like a Y, Keuka ranks third in size among the Finger Lakes. The hamlet of Branchport is located at the tip of the lake’s northwest arm and the Village of Penn Yan tips the northeast arm. At the lake’s south end is the Village of Hammondsport. Keuka Lake’s water is very clear and well oxygenated at all depths, enabling fish to occupy both shallow and deep water habitats. The lake serves as a public water supply for Hammondsport, Branchport, Penn Yan and Keuka College.

 Keuka Lake State Park
Keuka Lake State Park, located in the heart of wine country, has a gentle charm, offering views of vineyard-covered slopes, glimmering water and clear blue sky. The park’s camping areas have 150 tent and trailer sites. A swimming beach, picnic shelter, boat launch ramp, docking space and hiking trails open several  recreational avenues to visitors.
   

The Corning Museum of Glass – Home to the world’s largest collection of glass, showcasing 3,500 years of glass art and history, The Corning Museum of Glass welcomes visitors from around the world to explore the amazing properties of glass. Get hands-on with the science of glass in the Innovation Center, watch live, narrated, glassmaking demonstrations, and Make Your Own Glass souvenir for a small fee. The Corning Museum of Glass is located in Finger Lakes Wine Country.

 

Keuka Outlet Trail – One of the very first “rail trails”, the Keuka Outlet Trail is a multiple-use trail, open free to the public year-round between sunrise and sunset for hiking and other forms of foot-travel (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing) as well as for bicycling, horseback riding, and dog-walking. The creek may be fished and paddled.
